Additional rules By agreeing to book this property, you agree to abide by the following rules. Please contact the host if you have any questions or concerns. Exceptions may be granted with written permission prior to booking. Failure to abide by the house rules will result in additional fees and/or immediate eviction with no refund. 1. NO PARTIES. This is a quiet, friendly neighborhood. Please respect our neighbors. 2. No pets. To maintain an allergen-free environment, no pets are allowed in the house or on the property without written notice from the host. Signs of pets will result in an additional cleaning fee of $500. Service animals are exempt and welcomed. 3. Absolutely no smoking of any type inside the house or near any open windows or doors. Signs of smoking inside the house will result in a $750 smoke remediation fee. 6. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. Music and other loud noises are not to be used outside after 10pm 7. Please park in the driveway or in the garage. No grass parking - you may be ticketed at your expense. 8. Bedding & Towels: please use your discretion to keep bedding and towels clean from make-up(Make-up towels are provided), tanning lotions, and other products. Stained bedding may result in additional fees of $50 per set and $15 per stained towel. 9. This home is routinely sprayed for mosquitos and pests. Please note lizards, cockroaches and other bugs are common to south Florida. Be mindful to close doors and windows to keep critters out. 10. Please notify the host immediately if anything is not in working condition or needs repair. Host will make every reasonable effort to make repairs as quickly as possible. Check-In - Directions will be given for smart lock/keyless entry.

This is a gated community, with a 30 day minimum stay requirement, the HOA requires guests to fill out an application and submit with a $150 processing fee plus $75 background check fee and allow 20 days for completion. Access to the golf course is not available.
