Quiet Hours** Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please keep outdoor conversations, music, and activities at a respectful volume. **4. Hot Tub Rules** - Shower before entering. - No glass containers in or around the hot tub. - Children must be supervised by an adult. - Replace and secure the cover after use. - No soaps, oils, or additives. - Do not adjust or tamper with equipment. **5. Fire Pit** Use the fire pit responsibly. Never leave it unattended, and ensure it is completely turned off after use. Children must be supervised. **6. Pets** Well-behaved pets are welcome with prior approval and payment of the $100 pet fee. All pets must be registered. Unauthorized pets may incur a $200 fee, subject to Airbnb policies. Please clean up after your pets and keep them off furniture and bedding. **7. Smoking** No smoking or vaping inside the home. Please dispose of smoking materials responsibly in permitted outdoor areas. **8. Parking** Two vehicles may park in the driveway. Additional street parking is available. Please do not block neighboring driveways or sidewalks. **9. Property Care** Please treat our home and furnishings with care. Report accidental damage or maintenance concerns promptly so we can address them. **10. Checkout** Please follow the checkout instructions provided before departure. How the security deposit works: Deposit Amount: $500, separate from the reservation total displayed by Airbnb. When Collected: The deposit is automatically processed 2 days before check-in. How It's Held: The deposit is typically a temporary authorization hold on your credit or debit card, rather than an actual charge. When Released: Provided there is no damage or other applicable charges, the deposit is automatically released 2 days after check-out. Bank Processing Time: Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the funds to become available. Our Commitment: We want your stay to be comfortable, enjoyable, and worry-free. The security deposit is simply a precautionary measure and is fully refundable when the property is left in accordance with our house rules.
