Parties, large gatherings, and disruptive noise are not permitted. **Parking:** Please use the designated parking spaces and follow any posted parking restrictions. **No Smoking:** Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the home. Smoking will result in a $350 charge. **Pets:** No pets are allowed at this property. Please do not bring them, unauthorized pets will be charged $200. **Refundable Security Deposit** To help protect our home and maintain the high standards our guests expect, a refundable security deposit is required for all reservations. How the security deposit works: Deposit Amount: $500, separate from the reservation total displayed by Airbnb. When Collected: The deposit is automatically processed 2 days before check-in. How It's Held: The deposit is typically a temporary authorization hold on your credit or debit card, rather than an actual charge. When Released: Provided there is no damage or other applicable charges, the deposit is automatically released 2 days after check-out. Bank Processing Time: Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the funds to become available. Our Commitment: We want your stay to be comfortable, enjoyable, and worry-free. The security deposit is simply a precautionary measure and is fully refundable when the property is left in accordance with our house rules. By booking, guests acknowledge and agree to this refundable security deposit requirement. **Neighborhood:** The home is located in a residential Charlotte neighborhood with convenient access to Uptown, NoDa, Camp North End, restaurants, breweries, and entertainment. As with many urban locations, occasional traffic, neighborhood, or train noise may be heard. **Safety & Security:** Exterior security cameras may be present for property security. Any cameras and their locations will be disclosed in the listing. No cameras are permitted inside the home. **Housekeeping:** The home is professionally cleaned and prepared before every arrival.
